Only Pain is Real

When you feel bad, lonely, disappointed, stressed, anxious, fearful, sad and seeks a path of pleasure to avoid the brutal reality, that's generally called, escapism. You escape only because something is real which hurts and since it's hurting, that is the proof that it's real because what makes you delighted and happy can be true or false. It's real because it guarantees you your existence, it's real because it gives you a sense that you are awake and being awakened is pain.

Ok, if it pains, it's real. What is real needs to be tackled rightly by reflecting over it, thinking and analysing about it because it pains and man desire pleasure. To desire pleasure is not wrong, to desire pleasure through the path of escapism is wrong because what it ultimately gives you is pain in the form of guilt and regret. So, it's just illusioning and not a real solution. A real problem needs a real solution. What is the real solution?

Real solution is.... Wake up like a MAN to your pains, talk to your pain by straightway looking into it's eyes without fear. Accept the pain and bear it and keep bearing it. Understand what is it trying to teach you and reflect and think and analyse over it. Pain is inevitable. All you can do is to stand in front of it like a MAN!

Just bearing the pain and keep bearing it for long time won't help, understanding why is it? Will surely help! But till the time the understanding isn't developed, the pain will exist and there is no way out other than bearing it. If the other way exists, it's escapism and escapism is of no avail because life becomes meaningless in that cycle.

And "A MEANINGFUL LIFE IS IRREPLACEABLE". I mean whatever it takes to live a meaningful life is worth it, doesn't matter if you are happy with it or not, if it's pleasurable or painful. What is right is right and you have to choose the right with no discretion.

Stand like a MAN to your problems and fight with it. Take the blows on the chin. Get up and take some more!
